Arklay Update Notices Thread

Hi guys,

 

I'm going to start sending a notice regularly just with general IC updates - things like how the weathers been, the state of Arklay, any rumours going around (as that bit of the HUD doesn't seem to work), if there's been any infected spotted (NPC or otherwise) and perhaps with a mini NPC event - something like lots of fish seen by the coast so grab your rods, or lots of walkers in the fairground go hunt.  Things that won't be supervised but things characters can get together to rp out if they wish to.
