I'd like to run point on an Arklay council, in an official proposal. I'd like to see deputies or rangers follow (keepers is a bizarre name for security or law enforcement)

the council would be the key proposal though, and has been floated for months. I believe it is an essential element for conflict and cohesion.

Not everyone feels this way I'm sure. However, if there is support for this, please let me know. I plan to make it an official proposal, and need wingmen to see it through.
