OVERVIEW: The Howlers are a group of semi-tribal survivalists. Their member-base majorly consists of outcasts and criminals who sought shelter and a place to belong. They believe in the survival of the fittest, and thus will attempt to take, extort, and take over as much as they can to ensure their own longevity. The Howlers have been around a while since the Outbreak led by Vincenzo Carmela. The group had risen and fallen where the majority of the prominent members merged into Raiders and raider groups. Years later, the remnants of the Howlers were brought back together under the rule of two mysterious figures known as The Hound and Lupus. The duo's true identities are known to the majority of the Howlers' Council, which consists of the lieutenants and taskmasters. Under this new regime, the Howlers' infrastructure had developed in a way not seen before.The Howlers grew fast and when the leader disappeared the faction started to disband, the few left reclaiming it to keep it alive. - The Howlers are less technical than most, caring only for results rather than collateral. This may cause a lot of issues. Most of the Howlers are chaotic neutral in nature, add that to their hedonist side and not caring who sees what the group does is a major flaw. Their purpose is clear, take advantage of a lawless society and try to take from others to survive. They will gain what they want by any means necessary.

POTENTIAL ENEMY: potential Enemies- Watchmen and the Dogs of Hell. Potential Allies- Dogs of hell depending on how the role play between the groups go and the Dollhouse because of the drug trade.

EXPERIENCE:I was a high standing member in the Howlers and assisted with the every day operation. I have been an active role player in Outbreak for about 7 months now. ((Minus a few weeks break)).

IDEAS:We try and assist new players anyway we can. Be it supplies or helping them find a place that can help support them ((I.E the shelter)) We try and change up the way we recruit with every new member. Be it enticement, kidnapping, or convincing them we are the best choice at survival.
