Party at Sam N Ellas/Palms
New ownership of Sam N Ellas Diner started with a bang, the new proprietor Alex Vandal even threw a party to Celebrate! Half of Arklay made and appearance, and enjoyed the free Food, Moonshine, and discounted Weed, if you weren't there, you missed out! Of course not to be outdone the other half of Arklay threw their own party, While it didn't have Dale's fine cooking served up at the ready it more than made up with it more Shine, more Weed, and entertainment with a 'voluntary' Zombie Fighting pit.

Raider on the loose
Be on the Look out for Amy Stacker, a Heavily armed, Dark skinned Woman with a Mohawk.

There have been two unsolicited shootings this week both in the town of Arklay proper and in the fringe at the Arklay Trading Company, one resulting in a near fatal injury to local Dealer "Candyman" who may yet keel over with his stubborn refusal to stay at the hospital. Keeper intervention to these events has been little to none, ranging from arresting the shooting victim and hauling him in for questioning, to possibly offering a job to the Raider in question for her seemingly random attacks. These are the people supposed to be protecting you when you're out of the fringe, an yet the Perpetrator remains at large and roaming the streets.

If you want to show the Keepers how to do their job a bounty of 500 dollars will be rewarded for her live capture and delivery to the Royal Palms Resort

Town Cleanup
No doubt related to the random attacks incurred this week, two hoards were attracted to two local businesses, the Arklay Trading company and the Recently reopened Dollhouse(Now temporarily closed again for repairs and cleaning). While there was some minor Keeper presence between the two events it was largely let to the citizens of Arklay and the Rebels to clear out the two important businesses that have been founded here. Spotted on the Scene was known raider Amy Stacker, who while provided some assistance in the cleanup is the likely cause with her unchecked gunfire in and around town, and should be held responsible for all injuries or damages incurred in the events.

Cleanup and repairs to the businesses in question will begin immediately, and assistance is always appreciated! While no reward has been posted your help in cleaning up the Zombie Gibbs and left behind will surely be met with the Gratitude of those Purveyors.
