OVERVIEW:
For starters, i would keep the basic premise intact. The garage would still be getting out there, offering gas to all other official factions at a cost. But what I'd like to add in, is that we do more than just fix broken cars etc. I'd like to push for the garage to take on more of a maintenance role as well, in where employees work on many things, from fixing lights, buildings, all the good stuff. That way we are including many types of characters, and providing more of a valuable role to the community at large. regular events could be varied. For one, grieve is a party type. he loves to get stoned on his chems, and throw parties after hours. As a business owner, he is far more likely to make it a weekly, open event for anyone. Other events would be based on on the community, and what it has going on. I'd like to promote their events, as well as my own. During the spring, to bring a bit more of peace of mind to the community, grieve could push for many things, from hot/wet body contests to street races for those with vehicles. One thing he'd try to do, is start a sort of fight club, hosted by the garage. If allowed. Offering payouts to characters that won, of which he'd not be allowed to enter, nor would any employee on the clock. New employees would be put to shadow him, or another employee, until they felt like they were welcomed as equals. I know many new members of a faction always feel they are low on the totem pole, and I'd work to stop that. Grieve wouldn't have issues fitting in as management. he may look the part of a savage behemoth, but he knows how to run a business. he ran a few, before the world went to shit. He'd transition fairly easy, and make himself available to those still employed, while showing he had no issues working just as much, and perhaps even harder than they do. You have to earn respect, not demand it.

EXPERIENCE:
I've lead more than my share of successful factions across various sims, all of which I can give detailed info and contact names of owners for upon request. (Bit too many to list here.) I have RL experience in multiple positions of leadership, as well as experience in both maintenance, and mechanics.
