Not really sure where else to post this since the subforums haven't really been fleshed out just yet, figure this section was IC enough.

This came up in an RP the other day and I thought it might be helpful to have a forum thread. As we all work our stories out and some people settle in to working places, scavenging, doing things there would be stuff people find out about Arklay, and stuff that players establish for the setting that might be worth throwing out there if anyone else is interested in using it.
–Things I’ve noticed or seen other people playing out.–
-There is almost always someone sleeping on the floor of Coaches pub, sleeping bags are scattered around the walls.
-The dart boards in the bar have begun to have pictures tacked to them, there are thumb tacks at the bar for this purpose. these are missing persons who if found could be directed to the bar. (People with missing persons might want to post who there would be pictures of in this thread!)
-The white Van across from the hardware store / parked beside Coaches pub, belongs to Coach who has not been seen for a while.
-At the hospital there is a Sheriffs Deputy named Porkins who sits at the reception desk to process refugee’s.
-There is a fishing boat sitting far out from the shore that does not move and has a zombie shambling around on the deck.

– Things that might need admin approval. –
-There is a rumor going around that Las Vegas was bombed (not nuked) by the US Military
-The US Army began shooting civilians at an LA Refugee camp during an evacuation.
-Hathian Louisiana is part of Contagion Canon and was simply so disgusting and dirty that the zombies left it alone and it continues to be its good old self to this day.

If anyone has anything to add that might help others flavor their RP a little bit please post it! The little nuggets of shared story are what we’re here for!
