OVERVIEW: Our mission is to ensure the protection of the citizens of Arklay through the use of volunteers and leaders who have a sense of honor, integrity and commitment to the people. We wish to build and maintain a presence within the city that is positive and helpful to the citizens.

Goals: Short term: *To establish a secure home base that volunteers can run security operations from. This base of operations would be fully functional and would include a prisoner containment area, as well as meeting areas for staff.*To recruit enough people to fill ranks in accordance with group guidelines while giving the volunteers a value of belonging that comes with ensuring the safety of those around them.*To establish a presence within the community.

Mid term: *To get a mailbox that people can leave note cards in with information they would want to give anonymously. Also this will allow people to get word to us if they cannot be on when intended etc.*To find ways to arm the members. This would be strictly RP weapons as we don't charge people for our services, we won't have the funds to pay for ever yones weapons. If they wish to have the Hud type weapons they are welcome to obtain their own.*We will be setting up pairs and teams that work well together. Ideally we would like each untrained member to be teamed with a trained one for on the job training

Long term: *To continue to recruit and fill ranks in compliance with group guidelines as well as give the community a sense of solidarity through volunteer work.*To establish a quick reaction force that can be called upon in times of emergency.*To establish a chain of command that will allow leadership at all times.

We have been already doing what we can with our small numbers within Arklay. we do our rounds and check in places that have activity so the citizens have an opportunity to report suspicious activities they have come across. If the businesses never have anyone there it will be difficult to do anything other than a quick sweep. We do what we can with the limited resources and people so please step up and volunteer to help put Arklay together again. We welcome both trained and untrained citizens that wish to join. Please note that this is volunteer, it is not a paid job so we recommend having a job that works well with this position of security.

 

The founders have experience within the field or combat and or security. This is not just a sister group to one already existing. It will be fully independent of the existing band while still maintaining a working relationship with the councils security office so the security of Arklay can be coordinated and organized. Please note there will be times we want to be noticed as a presence and others we will need to be covert. This will all work in with the training.Overall we wish to build a team able to mobilize in a short time when needed. To have enough volunteers that if a security issue arises there will be enough people available to do something about it. We wish for Arkley to know that we are only as strong as its volunteers. Having many dedicated and loyal people will be needed to make this plan happen.

POTENTIAL ENEMY: Allies: Council Security office (Aiden), businesses and the citizens including those we have helped that would like to give back. Enemies: Immediately those we would fight would be The mercs, The four and what is left of the Raiders. Overall we would be against anyone who is detrimental to the well being of the citizens of Arlkey.

EXPERIENCE:I have already been heading up another security based band for at least a month now. Where there had been little to no activity I have been working tooth and nail to make a presence within Arklay. There are however times we wish to be seen and times such as this occupation where we need to work covertly. We are still out there gathering information, watching and listening and popping up when least expected.

IDEAS:We plan to continue recruiting by means of talking to others to see if they would be interested in joining our ranks as well as spreading the word for others who might want to. We will have a mailbox so potential volunteers can communicate with us if they are not around when any of the officers are and the staff will also be able to contact us if they aren't able to be present when expected. Once the Band grows we will be having regular meetings for the volunteers to have a chance to help with the planning of operations.
