Great ideas! The story page here on the forums should keep everyone up to date on what’s what currently. For instance, the water is still bad. Fuel is vital, actually. It might not be a big deal right now because the power is still on, but what happens when that goes out?

Generators don’t run on hope. Neither do vehicles, helicopters, boats, etc. AES and Deimos are going to have a hell of a time doing anything at all if they don’t have fuel.

Why can’t the small cells be within the larger ones? Small cells of rebel groups seems like a good idea in theory, and there is certainly not any reason they can’t crop up, but we’re going to run into a major “Too many chefs in the kitchen.” situation pretty soon.
