I can see where you’re coming from, you’ve been with Outbreak a while as have many others, and witnessed some bad things that have happened on sim. Yes factions have closed shop and yes, people have left. (mainly over OOC bickering about the way things should be run, I doubt it’s over gun play).

I went into this proposal with absolutely no insight on the following plans being made between leaders. Apparently the first and foremost being bulk trading was either completely out or to be only dealt by the ATC. Fair enough 🙂

I agree, this past week Outbreak has been flowing with an abundance of new people to the sim with new RP characters coming in daily, which is absolutely awesome!
