OVERVIEW: I don't intend to change Coach's much from what it is. It has proven to be one of the most stable environments in Outbreak, and stability is nothing to shake a fist at in an established role-play sim. Marcus currently has a great set-up going with the bar. It's a place people can come, hang out, gossip, drink their sorrows away, celebrate, shake out a fist fight, or all manner of general bar hubris. The only notable change to what it's already got going is that I don't intend to have the pub sell burgers. I'd rather encourage the acquisition of food from Devil's Kitchen, the ATC, or Sam 'n Ellas. That's not to say I wouldn't encourage the trade of meat for water or liquor, but I wouldn't turn around and sell it back to the public. I'd like to have Coach's focus on the alcohol and atmosphere aspect instead, especially with the release of the new commodities that offer a wider variety of drinks. I'd like to have some nights dedicated to events, not unlike the Dollhouse. There can be darts and checkers competitions, or other player-devised competitions and I have at least one in mind that is in the works (it's semi secret just yet). These would result in either cash payouts or drinks on the house for winners. As far as employees are concerned, like Marcus, I'd encourage more seasoned employees to help show newer employees the ropes, and always keep an eye out for great potential management (which we will be needing) to help run the place. A bar is a social magnet, and in order to be social it definitely needs good people staffing it, and reasons to draw in the general populous (though the alcohol does that on its own).

EXPERIENCE:I have been managing Coach's for a bit now, and working there since my second night in Outbreak. It's the only job I've had, and the bar is home to Kitten. While I've not had any other leadership experience in Outbreak itself, I've had experience with group leadership in other RP sims over the years and can definitely carry that experience over into Outbreak.
