Fix’er upper? Being in construction I worked on a lot of property for commercial and rentals, you know flipping property. Used to be my dream back when the market was good to flip houses. Then the market crashed just as I was ready to get into doing that. Work came to a grinding halt in construction and times for a guy like me were not so great had to go to whatever city had the work, desperate at times, you know. Now? Well, the whole damn world is a fix’er upper, apartment, houses, shops, municipal buildings… more work than I can ever get done, and opportunities everywhere, but all them broken lives… What the hell am I to do with those?
