The people of Arklay must convene to discuss plans on how to deal with the Daemon menace. Perhaps institute a form of law coupled with the election of officials.

Group Leads
Staple members of the Community who already have some history on the sim and/or who had been directly affected by Daemon’s behavior
Newcomers are welcome to come and observe and perhaps use the opportunity to join with groups represented after the more official proceedings are finished.
