If it’s IC RP, how does it qualify as ‘spam’?

I’m not trying to complicate players’ experiences in Outbreak, and I know adding a stream can increase bandwidth that would diminish a player’s experience. I can, of course, post IC with a YouTube link for more details, if someone wants an aural experience.

I feel as if your #1 and #2 are similar, in that a way to send out messages or news would be to post IC as a ‘bulletin’, then enhance it with a YouTube audio clip. Or SoundCloud.

Absolutely would make announcements and such in IC group, and it emulates reality now doesn’t it? Not everybody is listening to radio or watching television. It would rely on word of mouth, like, “Did you hear on Radio Free Arklay about…”
