I think to have read somewhere recently that entering inhabited spaces like group bases (Rebels, Howlers, Epsilon, AEC, etc.) as well as private rentals requires OOC permission either by the group leader or rental holder, at least when there is no player (member/renter) present, and else it is to be assumed that there are NPCs present in numbers…[Read more]

Lately, yes, I have played far more in the bar or also in the dollhouse if I felt that regeneration was required. Not being hurt IC and thus justifying a hospital stay I felt that as being approrpriate, and it seemed even as that a kinky story could start, though…[Read more]

Frankly I have not missed the point of the healing element in your story at all, Bill. What I pointed out is that you do that healing in your RL where you are 24/7. A player that has maybe 2-4 hours to play on SL daily or even now and then does not have that time. The health status on the HUD does – if I am not mistaken – influence the outcome of…[Read more]
One way to handle it, though as told I have not seen such issues. The key was always the RRtL rule that gave a player’s char the right to survive IC as long as they honored the situation and took the roleplay (threats, wounds, etc.) serious.
