Is there an alternative to healing than the hospital? First aid cuts, medical equipment etc.

Without making too much of a moan, we (criminals) it find unplausable ICly having to go sit in the AES building as long term wanted criminal, next 3 cops on a bed. Seems a little game-breaking/unimmersive, since we’ll be there on a daily basis with everyone else.
