I know that the General Store and ATC have been known to acquire commodities, though they mainly push bullets and guns as well as non-HUD commodities and services, I have known them to be the places to dump and buy commodities if needed. How will The Arklay Treasure Chest differ from The General Store and ATC ?

I think that this is an adult sim, and as such we need to be very careful with child avatars, as this is not a sim rule matter this is a ToS matter.
