Taking a hospital treatment put it back into green and I was allowed to scavenge, but it should work for scavenging in yellow.

I tried again today, over 24 hours later. “You get the feeling you won’t get lucky if you try to scavenge again so soon” or something like that popped up. I would really, really appreciate some help with this.

So usually I can scavenge every 4 hours, but last night I scavenged, then tried again a little over 4 hours later. It wouldn’t let me. So I went to bed and the next morning I tried again, well over 8 hours later. It still wouldn’t let me, giving me a message about my strength.
