So far I havent noticed that being at a business other than hospital bed raises health. I work at the Garage as mechanic and hud is not gaining health, in fact it drops XD

It would be great to see in the coming releases some more scavenge goods like animal meat, eatable plants (oh maybe poisons too), fish and some stuff to trade between work places.
