I was scavenging at the pile of rubble by the hotel, the sim was quiet, about 7 or 8 people. I got a message saying I had scavenged a Medkit wort 0$ at the General store but I didn’t get one given to me.

Do they need to be bought at the store? I looked but I couldn’t see one there.
