I have to say I like the idea of this. One thing we are missing in this world ending scenario is extremists. You should be like that group in Game of Thrones.
Only been with a garage a couple weeks but Silvy seems active and a good manager. She is definitely doing her best to bring story there and get the employees involved. She would be a great lead for the business.
You should have received an OOC invite almost immediately.. the IC group comes about 24-48 hours after you’ve submitted your application.

I think this is an excellent idea but I also agree that the qualifications are limiting. I agree the people should be in town at least a month and must be active and be able to sell their case and position.
