Like a lot of people have said there has been an increase in dog/cat players on the sim so it would be pretty neat to have a place where they could go- I see no reason why this shouldn’t be approved! 
Completely support this proposal, it seems rather short but the Dixons is in need of a leadddd!
Having read through this proposal I support this 100%,I think it will bring in a lot of good potential role-play and story-lines and can’t wait to see what comes of it. Arklay is also in need of a peace keeping organisation as the keepers have died down, and like the idea of the AES and Phoenix Collective working as one!
