Liandri O' Donnell is a daughter of American South African immigrant mother and American Irish immigrant father. From her early years participated in various talent competitions, starred in her first commercial at the age of 8.
She is a member of ISKF Santa Monica Dojo since 2004.
In 2009 she appeared on the season 9 of America's Got Talent at the age of 15 with an acrobatic martial arts stunt act performance, but the victory was claimed by singer Kevin Skinner instead. However, her appearance on the show opened her career options for her future.

On 2012 debuts in first major role in popular TV series "Pick me where I fall (aired 2013)", where she portrayed a role of Amanda Jackson, a high school student escaping from a drug gang ridden neighborhood through her active participation in martial arts contests. The show depicts her and her friend's way from a drop out student towards state nationals. She both struggles with her brother, member of the gang, her parents not imagining their daughter fit for such a career, and with her teenage self in a dramatic and epic story about American dream.

In 2014 Liandri O'Donnell was nominated for major cast in Joss Whedon's Space Western drama show "Jitters", the production is to start on late 2014 in at Arklay in Northern California, Fox announced.
