OVERVIEW: Since Arklay is currently in a food shortage, I believe the Diner will be both a challenge and could prove to be an asset to the survival of all groups in the city; everyone needs food. However its not just that, its also about boosting the moral and nothing aids it better than a full stomach and good company. It will be difficult to keep the ‘pantries’ stocked, but that just goes along with the story line of a city in crisis. I think it essential for some of the food to be from our own efforts by myself and staff. It of course will demand creativity on our part as the shortage still stands. Deer, rabbit, squirrel, berries, bird/duck eggs, duck, vegies from the gardens and anything else we can come up with would more than likely be the major sources of food. I am online quite frequently but can also be reached fairly easily when offline. I think this will help with new employees to know that I'm not just available in an IC position, but also there to hear their ideas and be available to them OOC. My character comes from the south where hospitality and made-from-scratch meals are a staple. She knows her way around a kitchen.

EXPERIENCE:To be honest, I've never been a leader of a RP group, but I am willing to work hard and look for ways to bring others together. It's not quite the same thing, but I have run my own club and managed other clubs while in SL, so organizing and planning is not new to me.
