OVERVIEW: Well first of all, how I see it, the eights are the key piece of the island and the community, they have the infraestructure and the people to be the most secure place in the island... having said that, my idea with the eights will be leading em' towards the survival sanctuary they could be... strong walls, self provided crops, security reliable to our own resources, a group of scavengers who will provide the material needed to keep running the place (security and maintenince wise)... and the most important thing, the dwellers of that place has to be commited to work for their roof above their heads, so they have to be active in the rooster and not just stand inside their room, so a chore schedule will be provided week by week, also... if we could hit the spot as the glorified survivor's heaven, I'm pretty sure the other business will need some favors from us... so the inclusion within the dynamic in the island will be easy. Plus, with a strong hand pulling the cords... who knows??... greed... bad blood... envy.... may come to the surface between the other faction leaders (IC of course) and may consider the eights as a threat to their well being, or just might need to feel the need to take what we have already achieve. Regular events must be encourage as auctions (food, bullets, or general stuff), salvaging trips... (if the new sim happens, then might happen there as part of the exploring / recon)... and others. As soon as a new player wants to join the 8's, he or she will be assigned to do a chore, so from day 1 they will be part of the community.

EXPERIENCE:I've been in a lot of different RP communities, but I could reference I ran a large group of survivors in that old post Apoc zombie survival sim called "the days of our apocalypse"... I also helped to write / throw some ideas about their "season 1", fun stuff. I've been an admin at Al Raquis, a sci fi RP community. And I've running an independent group of survivors thru many different sims across the grid... also a few spaceship crews in a few sci fi / star wars rp sims.
