OVERVIEW: The "Syndicate" is designed to use the tactics of former organized crime. In days past crime organization who make those less able then themselves pay in order to protect themselves from the wrath of the criminals. With this in mind, the shortage of things everything has grown exponentially do to the outbreak. Food, ammo, and other various supplies have become horded by different factions, but there are still those who lurk alone and wander unprotected. Within its interior build, the Syndicate will be bringing in a new uprising of thieves, vandals, and hitters. The hording of all these precious supplies will no longer be tolerated while the people of the Syndicate have to struggle by. They will give their victims a choice, pay or receive the consequences. With payment, the members will be able to buy the things they need, or if they pay in supplies they can use those to make sure their needs are met. Should anyone choose option B, then the Syndicate will be forced to take action, even if that means taking every last thing they own. While this is not their only source of income, they are also able to be hired as extra muscle. If there would possibly be the case of someone able to be in their good graces, they do take supplies and cash to deal with minor issues. This may possibly be coming across a person that is in a bad way with some zombies, or with two strangers going at it and they can bid against each other for who will be receiving the help of the group. In conclusion, the Syndicate is to upset the balance that has been sitting between the factions. No one is this giving in such a horrible way, ooc this will help to promote more intricate roleplay and put pressure on other groups to retaliate or to fortify their defenses. IC this will be the new face of the enemy, while the zombies are a much pressing threat, humans have been and always will be the greatest threat to each other. EXPERIENCE:I am a business owner on the RP sim The Eerie Phenomenon. I also think I'm a pretty friendly chick and as I said on my proposal before friendly leaders are the best leaders.

IDEAS:We will require an OOC application for people who wish to join Syndicate that explains what we do OOCLY as a group so they know what they're agreeing to about wanting to join us. As far as new players go we will engage them fairly but quickly show them what we are about ICLY. With that being said we'll be giving them a chance to either be with us or against us.
