There have been some previous posts about hoarding HUD items.

I will be the first to admit i'm guilty of this. I'm sitting on about 350 shotgun shells right now. Nobody wants em so everybody sells em, (scavenging drop rate too high). While sorting through my inventory i realized the sheer amount of stuff i was "carrying" and thought to myself.  "gee i wish there was somwhere i could store this"

So....I dont know if it would even be possible but is there a way faction members could deposit their surplus items into a shared vault where all members of the faction would have access? A pool of resources of sorts.

Due to the nature of my faction i always do my best to keep a stockpile of ammo, food and water for expeditions, currently i'm carrying it all. But i think it would nifty if my faction members could just grab what they need for a specific mission or stow something away for a rainy day.

Is this even possible?
