OVERVIEW: I would like to make this an open bar, like the hospital. I will accept all factions as long as they do not bring issues within Coaches. I want to bring back the jukebox since I think music was one thing coaches offered that no place else on the Island has. I remember the nights of people going in, throwing quarters in the jukebox and dancing. Music brings people together and speaks any language. I would like to have ongoing drink specials like buy one get one free booze night. The idea of have specials for employees as well. If you work a shift and hang out after, you can get a free shot of moonshine. Employees make Coaches run smooth and I would like to express that. Without bartenders or security people might skip coming in. As incentives I would have employee of the month, bonus for the most sales, bonuses for the most time spent working. This would be small cash payouts or special items. I have been active on the sim for awhile, I am very outgoing and always try to meet and greet and help new players. I love Coaches and what it brings to outbreak. I plan on being active everyday and working on making it better. Any ideas or concerns will be taken seriously.

EXPERIENCE:I have helped out with the Howlers and have managed other groups on other sims. I try and listen to everyone, and make decisions based on the best interest of the majority.
