OVERVIEW: The Arklay Home For The Displaced would be a place of safety, refuge, and acceptance for those without a home. There would be community members that would volunteer their time to not only provide assistance in getting set up in town, but opportunities for employment. Daily meals for those who stay, and upon leaving simple care packages of food and water and a melee weapon would be provided.

POTENTAL PROS....The Arklay Home For The Displaced would provide OOC players a chance to RP and learn how things work on SIM. 1. Posting order 2. Improving RP skills 3. Opening the door for their personal stories to be introduced in a way that would hopefully not be intimidating. This would be a business that not only guided the newcomer but would bring together the community in general. 1. Opens a constant trade with all business that provide food and weapons. 2. Would hopefully provide a constant and neutral groups of people to RP with.

POTENTAL CONS....The Eights provide housing and food for staff only, so this would hopefully not conflict with that. The hospital also had something for the homeless, so I hope not to conflict with that either as my goal is not to cause drama, well not in a negative sense. On a side note, I and some others have already suggested the hopeful location of the A.H.D. IC to people who were in need of a log on and log off location that did not leave them standing in the street.
