How to Establish Your Business (in-character)

• To establish a business, you must read the policies below in detail before proposing it through the web-based Group Proposal & Registration Portal
• Once a proposal is determined to have met basic requirements it will undergo community review. This will allow the community to get involved in your story, idea and promote the group should it be approved.

Business Leadership

• Business leader/manager/owner must be in good standing with community management (ie. no drama, no security issues, etc.).
• Leaders must be active in the RP leaders forum that they will be invited to upon approval.
  Business Location Requirement
• To run a registered business, a physical location on the Outbreak Estate is required, which includes owning land, renting a shop or utilizing another player’s locale.

Business’ Staff/Membership

• If a player who belongs to a business’ group is banned from the community, the group leader must also eject that player from their group.

In-World Group Name Policy

• Group names may not use the Outbreak prefix in either group name or role. This prefix is reserved for official group use or themed rentals ( where character registration can be verified). However, you may use Outbreak or Arklay instead. (ie. “Outbreak Trappers”, “Sally’s Saloon in Arklay”)
