I'm thinking I should bring Jutana in on this.  But here is the thing:  yes the place is run down and there is garbage in places, but it stands to reason that we would clean up.

No, we aren't painting or remodeling. Chairs can be wobbly, tables stained, paint peeling, etc, but like at Coach's, my character would have definitely cleaned up the cigarette butts on the floor and gotten rid of the broken chair near the door.  So even if the place is run down and things are in bad shape, they would be some degree of tidiness, especially if people work there daily.

I keep wanting to sweep up those butts!
