OVERVIEW: I want to give the garage purpose and a strong reason that it is needed. At the moment, most will not buy fuel for expense and can live without it by using candles, etc. I want to create new items that only the garage has that people will need and want to use on a daily basis. As Leader I want to have incentives for all the employees. Ability to get some goods at a discounted rate to then sell outside the shop if none are around. Money is a large part as it is needed to acquire goods, food, etc., which is all needed to survive. Employees of the shop will enjoy having access to goods to then use them to sell and make it known the garage is needed. Events could be having a sale on goods and a limited quantity of first come first serve, an event of who ever is the highest seller in a week gets free item or a cash bonus. My character would fit in as management by leading the others in information of the items we sell, helping them when needed, making them feel welcome, and making sure they know that hard work and help of the business will be rewarded.

EXPERIENCE:I have RP'ed many different themed places of SL, which has made me very adept to adding details, not powergaming, metagaming, etc. I know a lot about hardware and mechanics where I would be able to educate employees and have the knowledge myself to add more to the RP. I am patient, welcoming, and very helpful with anyone I meet. Also, I enjoy team work and discussing things to put forward the best solution or most enjoyable experience for everyone. Lastly, I can script and make new items if needed.
