I would fit in as management as well as I can, I get along with the other employees of the garage. EXPERIENCE:Experience I have is just being around the garage consistently, seeing how things are supposed to run. Personal qualities that might help me are patience, ability to coordinate and compromise, and not wanting to overcharge people since we are a community. Kali --If you can't take a little bloody nose, maybe you ought to go back home and crawl under your bed. It's not safe out here.
