OVERVIEW: A good way for this business, active RP, keeping an eye on employees as i can, to keep "IC Active" most as is possible. At Dixon's Garage, a good event is a sale of fuel, some days, some people would wide their eyes about the price of fuel, and think more than twice, about roleplaying of buying fuel. So a event of making it cost more cheap, would help the employees from Dixon's Garage, have more communication IC'ly with other players. Some work under the desk, coming from the staff of Dixon's, like some guy stole fuel, was a worker and dissapeared with it, bring him back death or alive and you will gain $ as recompense, is a good event, Garage isn't only for sell fuel after all. Dixons have a big population, when means new employees, they could feel a place where they would interact with others, and fit their characters with others, and mixing that with events, what would make them have a deep interaction with people who don't works at Dixon, would make a more realistic Roleplay. Isaias Viloria (My character, is a guy who is extroverted, sometimes he isn't, more cause he don't have a deep trust on anybody, that makes his intuition, experience, take risk, and the easy way he make contacts, make him fit to manage Dixon's Garage.

EXPERIENCE:At a sim called Menora, i was a leader of one of the villages, that sim wasn't RP, but OOC'ly, i did my best working with other staff members, helping the village be a nice place to play and interact with others, helped with events, and make them funny as i could.
