OVERVIEW: My idea is the garage not running as a simple garage there would be more things come together , Garage Gas station , repair station for common things like generators , all kind of electrical things and so on. I also would like to see sooner or later bikers gathering around the garage seeing it as their homebase to keep the crimebalance to other factions on the sim. For events i would like to have sales on gasoline carparts also rent the mechanics out for simple work on the sim to people who have an issue at their home .Already worked on a couple of Sim events like a total powerloss and the garage would sell or rent out.

EXPERIENCE:I owned an Urban sim couple of months ago . I know what it needs to run a business ooc . Im very laid back and try to stand good with everyone . But im also not shy to say what i think and talk to someone in private if he/she made a mistake or did something which is not in the benefit of the business.I am a hard worker and will do my best to ring the garage back to life if it will be approved
