OVERVIEW: The store was the second place i started working at after i joined the outbreak, i spent a huge amount of time working in it and saw few people coming and going, i have to say that i was really glad when Billy ( our last lead ) proposed to take care of the store and judging from his daily presence and enthusiasm, i decided to encourage him for it but RL must have taken him away from this role, this can happen to all of us, i just wish he had warned us about this, so that the store doesn't remain without lead or management for so long that's the only thing i can blame him for but other than that he really worked on the shop the best he could. So now i am really happy we finally have a chance to be working on it again, i always felt like the store was being more than neglected from our role plays and that is really a shame. Since the store is supposed to be a place where you can get so many different needed items that can literally revolutionize your daily life as a survivor. for instance Sam N ella could visit us to ask about kitchen tools and see what we have in store for them, the dollhouse could visit to acquire beauty products, like hair dye or nail polish, soap, shampoo, the eights could come get new covers for their appartements for the winter..etc my point here is that there isn't a business that shouldn't be able to interact with the convenience store, and it will be the lead role to encourage them to do so. it's true that the convenience store will get most of the needed items from ATC, but lets not forget that it can also buy stuffs from survivors, so when you think about it Arkley's first provider should be The General Store due to it's variety of products, offers and their immediate availability. Also what i want to do here is make it captivating or at least fun for survivors to get what they need, it's true that the store is small but that shouldn't affect the RP going on in it whatsoever ! so once i get the chance to promote it and have some staff and customers i will start offering them fun RP in the store and out to see them enjoying obtaining what they need and want the most, in other words i need to make them fall in love with groceries. The direction i want to take this business towards: 1) Creating a realistic trading cycle in Arklay. -by connecting the store with all other active businesses around town and even bands if possible and by all i mean ALL of them.. this should create a correlation between all business and therefore push them to roleplay with each other instead of staying in their own corner. but to succeed i will need some of the current active business leaders to participate ( IC ) 2) change the way people view the store by -offering them new interesting trading roleplays/deals -advertising about the store 3) encourage survivors to purchase! thus to roleplay -coupons -free items -discounts 4) giving employees things to do inside as well as outside the store -scavenging for special orders -bringing back supplies from providers -promoting the store 5) build a familial employee team 6) add more variety of products and items to our store inventory My ideas for regular events : 1)Auction sales when we can only provide one sort of rare product or item it will be sold to the highest bidder. this special auction will last a whole week, as we will put the rare item on display with a starting price, and everytime someone come to buy it the price will increase at the end of the week the item shall be sold to the highest bidder some special items will require OOC permissions first before the store can roleplay obtaining it i will take care of asking it on forum and explain about ( who asks for it, for what ) if i get the permission theitem will be available at the store 2)Forum updates about the store i figured the store will need to participate on the forum, so everything worth mentioning shall be mentioned on our forum by the employees or me 3)Allowing Robberies robbery has been overlooked as well during the outbreak a lot of people should turn to it. i will allow some forms of robbery in and outside the store, from time to time to make things more spicy, but this will mainly come as an offer from me, i will choose to ask individuals or bands if they are interested into role playing it and if they are we are set. How i will make new employees feel included: starting by presenting them to the active employees first, giving them an idea on what we are currently working on, giving them a chance to express their ideas for the store and roleplay at any given time, encourage them to help me promote the store on forum or outside the store and also participate with what i am doing How my character would fit in as management: My character is composed, courteous , and skilled on different levels, she is always thinking three steps ahead, she always has more than a card up her sleeve sometimes literally, and she is always willing to offer second chances. but she is also Awkwardly social, and Clumsy which make her a little kind of naturally funny to deal with.

EXPERIENCE:I am Proactive, respectful, evaluative, usually good at delegating tasks accordingly, rewarding, open to Change thus adaptable and very interested in staff and customers feedbacks. - i can also recognize the efforts of others and will always reinforce those actions. - i am very adaptable i do my best to adjust to new surroundings and situations IC and OOC - i always try to consider all options i have, so i do listen a lot and ask a lot, all opinions and thoughts will be heard and taken into consideration around me, i simply prefer to take into account all points of view before doing anything important. - that is said i can evaluate the input from all interested parties and work for the betterment of the whole. and as far as i am concerned i do have leading experiences from the past since i've already held key positions in roleplays even though they were mostly medieval oriented back then like fay queen, Archmage , spirit folk's lead, but it's still groups work.
