I spent some time over the weekend to overhaul the way we handle the mentors dashboard. A lot of the details below will be somehow confusing without visual context, but I wanted to throw it out to this forum since we don't have a program in place now.

The new dashboard now supports the following:

• Instead of showing only players who have not returned to the sim, it also lists those who are new to the community - basically expanding the folks to reach.
• Feedback is important; mentors can now input summarized responses from players using the “Feedback” field in the “Contacted” tab
• Mentors will see up to 25 of the last contacted players to input feedback or simply keep track who they reached out to
• Feedback is aggregated on a weekly basis and automatically emailed to me

Next Steps

• Work with senior staff to identify and recruit 2-3 more mentors
• Audit existing staffers for activity and make recommendations to me
• Ensure that our mentor program is scheduling orientations timely so the dashboard can function
