So, considering how many people complain about not wanting to wear scrubs at the hospital, I thought I'd make a few points.

1. Yes, I made the scrubs, and I made them in a bit of a rush, but I also haven't found any better full-perm ones out there.  If you know of some let me know.

2. It's the apocalypse, who has scrubs?

The hospital does.  This was a fully functional hospital before the outbreak, that had scrubs on hand.  There was also RP a while back (when I made the scrubs), that we found a uniform warehouse or something like that during a run.

3.  What's the big deal?

A few things.   If you want to stick to a bit of realism (you know how so many of us come in to RP claiming we are doctors before the outbreak?), then you would wear scrubs.  They aren't super sexy, they aren't meant to be.  They are meant to be comfortable, allow you to move freely, with no zippers and things that can get caught on things or cause accidents.  If your character worked at anything from CNA to Brain Surgeon before the outbreak, they would want to.

First--anyone that has worked in the medical field will tell you they love their scrubs.   Anyday, everyday, sometimes more than once a day, you end up with feces, vomit, blood, and other bodily fluids on you.  No one wants to ruin their street clothes.   There are so many memes out there on this!   In the outbreak its worse.  Your patients come in not only with their own blood on them, but possibly infected blood, and you'd want to peel that shit off and wash up before changing to your street clothes to go home.   Not to mention we can no longer go out to buy new clothes, you'd want to preserve what you have, and if anything is to get fucked up, let it be the scrubs and not those sexy ass jeans you are so fond of.

Second, anyone in the medical field would want to make sure that things are as sanitary as possible given the circumstances.  Walking in from outside with germs and possible bits of infected would negate that.

Third, you'd want your character to be identifiable as part of the staff, and you'd want others to be identified too.  Looking at tags over someone's head to see who is a nurse is metagaming!

Keep in mind that the Group Lead does establish the IC rules of how they want their establishment run.  It's all IC, but if the Hospital Director tells you to change or sends you home it is IC, and there are IC consequences.
