I was told by the sign up process if I picked The Expert path that I would receive two medpacks. I have also talked with one other person that picked Expert and did not receive this commodity. Here is what it reads in the description of The Expert.

Knowledge is power. You maintain your health more efficiently and tend to be smarter when scavenging for items. The Expert starts with two medpacks.

Without the promised medpacks, why would The Expert be a desirable path to choose? Is this a Hud glitch? Anyway I ask because medpacks are a highly sought after commodity, and can impacts the RP of those that pick The Expert. Has anybody else who  picked The Expert experienced this? Thank you.
