Yeah, it seems an odd thing to stitch together, but it struck me as a potential interest, like a theatre, arts center, community center, education center... all wrapped in one. I'm not sure how the interest for this type of thing would work, but I wanted to put it out there.

Anyhow, I'm not describing a business or a faction, but something with both aspects. How it would fit into the OB theme and architecture is questionable too. Is this of interest to anyone else? If so, let's chat!
