OVERVIEW: The Hardware Store is the source for ammunition, which is important to the community. Hold regular weapons training classes. (which we need) Employees are necessary for 24 hour service and must be made to feel important and involved with the business.

EXPERIENCE:I have been a SIM owner, a SIM Admin, a GM, a game producer and a community leader. I know how it feels to be a new person and an employee. I know what -I- want in an employer and will strive to fulfill those needs. Namely, personal attention, RP duties to perform, expressed gratitude for a 'job well done', a presence in-world and in the store, interacting with employees and customers.</td>
