OVERVIEW: This band will be created as a sim run faction with Kali as OOC lead and Tah acting as the in character lead.

 

The Keepers are a new force that has arisen to try and keep together the crumbling world of Arklay. They are believers in the old ways of truth, and justice and of a right to a decent life, though Keepers may not always agree on the best way to meet these ends.

 

Keepers protect the town, administer justice according to Arklay's laws, and will battle the forces that try and destroy Arklay. The Keepers may have supporters within the town’s population and businesses. The Keepers follow the town laws and act to enforce them, and will keep to the sims rules on imprisonment.

 

Whilst what they do is similar to the VPA, the Keepers have more weight to order punishments, sentences and investigate crimes as they are officially backed by Arklay. They will work alongside existing bands if need be to bring perpetrators to justice, or even issue rewards for successful capture of a fugitive. One of the main OOC aims of the Keepers is to stop Arklay's shoot-to-kill rp of "bad guys" by giving a group authority to capture, interrogate and even torture. Kill orders would be a very last resort.

POTENTIAL ENEMY: Outbreak Rebels, Raiders and Infected and anyone who threatens peace in Arklay will be this groups enemies.

EXPERIENCE:Tah has led the ATC in Outbreak, as well as had experience running and leading groups in many sims.

IDEAS:As a sim faction, the Keepers will interact with every player - both new and experienced. For those interested in joining the Keepers, like any band spaces are limited so will be subject to the leads approval and the intention is to keep the number of Keepers small so the sim is not overrun by them - but there will be roles in the group available for supporters of the cause.
