OVERVIEW:   Phoenix Collective is to be formed by Paul in an attempt to unite all like-minded survivors of Arklay with the purpose of organizing the town and it’s services, providing security and additional roleplay opportunities for all. I plan on working closely with businesses to create help guide roleplay and events, and since factions don’t earn money like businesses, I’d look at a small weekly tax from businesses to help fund this venture, money would be pumped back into the town for RP’ed tasks and keeping the new police department equipped and running. Potential commodity to distribute, Handguns. Since the Keepers went inactive there has been no one to distribute handguns, I’d like to fill that void and sell handguns once more, more than likely keeping the same affordable price for newcomers.. Since a handgun is the first real weapon one would attempt to obtain it would make sense for Phoenix Collective to continue this, as Phoenix Collective aims to be one of the first stops after the shelter that people visit after arriving.. I’d look to set up at the Deimos building last used by the Keepers, there it would be used as a sort of town hall, with floors added to act as town supply storage, a record room for a census/criminal records/town history etc, and a meeting room. Since there used to be labs underground I’d look to rebuild them and open them up for RP so the people could have a new environment to RP in once a use is found for them. The end goal would be to have all these systems in place and have them self sustaining, so Paul can step back eventually to let the town vote in others to take on the role without everything falling apart.

POTENTIAL ENEMY:  Allies: Any businesses and survivor that are interested in following Paul and his ideas. Enemies: Infected and Raiders are a given, any one that is anti authority and anyone that declares themselves an enemy of Arklay would be an enemy of us.

EXPERIENCE:  I’ve ran my own sims in the past as well as running various groups in and out of SL. I’m very active in Outbreak and around for most of the day making myself a very easy person to get a hold of and RP.

IDEAS:  Phoenix Collective would interact with everyone, it would be my intention to create roleplay tasks and jobs for folks new and old to do, such as general maintenance around town. Every job would be paid for in cash or trade goods, or even in future favors.
