AES Shelter

OVERVIEW: I would not want to make any major changes to how the AES Shelter operates, however I would like to see some more activity, such as more people who at least temporarily call the Shelter their home, and grow to have stable and dedicated employees. For regular events, I would like to hold some canned food drives to get more donations and perhaps have a raffle for incentive for people to donate. Brad would try to be something of a mentor to those who wish to work for the Shelter, but he is not one to micromanage. He would want to make sure that everyone who chooses to work at the Shelter felt that their voices were being heard. Brad would not stand for any infighting between the employees as he wants to have a healthy working environment for all. Brad has a good working relationship with Maze, who is lead of the AES hospital, and so this would certainly continue.

EXPERIENCE:I have been rp'ing as a Nurse/Doctor at the AES for some time now, and currently am a manager there. Personally, I love meeting new people and helping them get settled and 'plugged-in' to the various businesses and places in Outbreak. I messaged with Geoffrey, who was the previous AES Shelter lead (as Ben) and he gave me some advice and told me that the Shelter is often the first place where new people come and so it is a great opportunity to meet new people, and I also fee that the Shelter lead has some responsibility to make sure that new people feel like they have enough information and feel connected to Outbreak so they will want to stay. That being said, I have never held a lead position on Outbreak and so I have already spoken with Dale and can get help/advice from Maze as well.
