OVERVIEW: As Nora has always been striven to bring a sense civility and comfort to the settlement of Arklay in everything she's ventured to do, the newspaper while a good idea quickly became apparent it wasnt what the island needed. What Arklay needs is the comfort of the basic necessities namely clean water and shelter. Establishing the former headquarters of the Founder's Eyes into a hostel, I would like to not only offer a place for new players to stay after their free housing at the hospital has run out, but a place for players whom cannot afford to rent a housing plot a place for them to stay IC. In addition the hostel, I also intend to offer varying degree of jobs from hostel upkeep to the maintenance on the water treatment facilities, the latter in the hopes of expanding upon what we're capable of and improving it as well as improving the settlement and comfort of the people on the island.

POTENTIAL ALLIES: Arklay Raid and Rescue, The Lasca Lounge, Coaches, The Diner, and The AES Hospital.

EXPERIENCE:Compassionate, honest, communicative, fashionista, (The ICly) tech savy, availability of resources and location, local networks.

IDEAS:The entire premise of The Well Workers is to encourage wellness and prosperity on the island, when Nora headed The Founder's Eyes she sought out technology and information needed to repair and enforce infrastructure. As well as offering refuge, Nora offers jobs as well everything from maintenance of the group's hostel to keeping repairs and extending the water treatment facility. With the mentioned hostel, Im hoping to offer players who cant afford housing plots a IC home the stay will not be free of course and anyone staying will be encouraged to venture out and seek jobs, something that will hopefully promote a healthy economy on the sim.
