OVERVIEW: In a world where all networks broke down to verbal communications and phones can't be used for long distance it is time to establish a new way to communicate with each other. The 'Red Pigeon' serves as a local post office. It helps providing urgent messages to their chosen audience. But how should that work? No, nobody has to run around finding people to practically BRING them these messages. The 'Red Pigeon' puts little boxes out for rent. Everybody is able to rent such a postal box. Once they have one they can receive messages from other characters at any time. Example: Juno really wants to tell Echo (imagining she would enter town limits) that she wants her to shut up but can't find her. So she just writes a letter dumping it into Echo's box. Echo on the other hand would hurry and check her box the next day finding that message immediately feeling the urge to punch Juno's face. Like this characters can set up ic meetings, hunting events or even hire people by dumping flyers into every box. The 'Red Pigeon' will be kept open 24/7 for usage. Either there will be an NPC for direct roleplay contact or Juno. Also she will hire more people to help her with the office. This is required as Juno's player is european. BUT: being european allows her to send out all NCs BEFORE prime time starts. To save prims the boxes are just a texture on a prim. There will be a main box where everybody is able to dump NCs in. Juno will collect them all and send them to their rightful owners via NC. "The next time you enter the postal office there will be the following message in your box..." Like this people will have to RP emptying their boxes on a frequent basis. Maybe you might even put in minor (transferrable or copyable) objects as well.

EXPERIENCE:I want to support something I fell in love with. I love the design of outbreak and the whole setting. Always had a thing or two for zombies and now finally there is a great possibility for true and realistic zombie roleplay. The work put into that sim is great. I want to put my part in as well if my idea gets approved and people find it useful. Players are able to evolve in their own greater stories like this and there wont be the hurdle of distance or time anymore. It might impact player's options greatly as characters don't always have to 'bump' into one another occasionally but can really make out dates and decide where and when they meet.
