San N Ella Diner

OVERVIEW: I would like to take over the ownership of the SAM N ELLA DINER. and have been working there for quite some time now (in RP world). I would like to continue making and planning menus as I have been since I started working here. I would like to do some research on the area that Arkley would be into make the meals line up more with the reality of what would be available under the circumstances. I will work with the cooks and staff to try and make the activities in and around the diner be more to reality as well. I plan on working with groups such as Marshes and the ATC for rp opportunities regarding security and obtaining items needed for the diner. I will keep the diner open and running hiring people to hopefully be able to cover multi time zones to make it well rounded. I wont be able to guarantee the availability of food as there are shortages but I will try to get staff, others around Arkley and hunting parties to hunt and gather near and some farther trips small and large game in order to keep the food stocked as much as possible. I will continue the small garden in the back (it would be nice to add some herbs if possible) in the back for some of the veg needed for our diets. I plan to help the homeless shelter with some of the food they will need when it is available. Doing so will be rping with that group the help and exchanges as well as any of the back and forth planning that it would entail.

EXPERIENCE: I work there already. I actively try to serve meals that are discriptive so they dont just get a prim steak.
