Sam N' Ellas - 11/12 Update.

We finally got a shipment from the ATC and we just acquired a whole Deer!

The shipment included flour, corn meal, a 40 lb sack of potatoes, herbs and spices - rosemary, oregano, whole black pepper corns, and some caked up garlic powder.

1. The Deer has been cleaned and quartered, with some of it already cut up into chunks for stew. The rest is in the fridge/cooler waiting to be cut and seasoned - feel free to RP doing this.

2. This week's stews will be a little more seasoned, and the broth/sauce a little thicker with flour and chunks of potatoes, and occasionally small dumplings. We want to make the flour last, but the potatoes could go bad so we want to use those first.

Things to do/incorporate into your RP here (aside from standing around and just serve people):

1. Grind black pepper corns (I'm sure there is a mortar and pestle somewhere, or go scavenge/find one of those pepper mills.

2. Cut meat to make it ready for cooking.

3. Wash dishes/bowls.

4. General clean up--clean tables, sweep floors, get rid of trash.

5. Bring up buckets of sea water from the shore, cut firewood.
