OVERVIEW: I'd like to implement my own creativity and innovation so that the diner remains central to Arklay. I'd love to host events such as IC socials for other businesses, 'give and receive' lunches/dinners where people bring their own food and share, and of course parties, perhaps collaborating with Coach's. My character Alex is a member of the VPA and a firm believer in giving community life a fighting chance in these difficult times, so bringing people together is right up her street, in addition to being fun for me to RP OOCly! Similarly, I'd make new employees feel welcome by requesting to meet with them for an RP and showing them around the establishment. I'd also encourage other group members to ICly welcome any newcomers and show them around if (for some reason) I haven't already or am unable to (time zone clashes for example). If there's a surplus of food, it wouldn't be unlike Alex to make them a welcome food hamper either.

EXPERIENCE:I'm a very experienced role-player, having RPed on and off SL for roughly four years and being part of the Outbreak community since September last year. I'm used to helping out new RPers and take joy in doing so, believing it to strengthen and enrich the RPing community in addition to cutting new RPers some slack! I get on well with many different types of people and am quite tolerant, so I think I'd make a sound leader.
