OVERVIEW: A paper to distribute periodically, including various stories or recaps of events from things that had happened to people between issues, and resources to communicate wit a bit more availability services and goods that you may need IC to buy or Sell. Would be a good chance to engage with other people about things that are going on in their story, having it available so that word can spread and people could become more involved with plot lines giving the Paper as their IC 'hook'

EXPERIENCE:I like to make the rounds IC to see what people are up to and developing, and for all that's going on people with characters who are less pushy or nosy feel like they are out of the loop, or just that nothing is going on on sim. It seems like a good excuse to keep people up to date in world and know where they can go if they want to be involved if they havent been able to be there or every step of an event
