OVERVIEW: I was planning to play into what the business was meant to be as described in its description. Vanity and Hedonism will be the theme, where people can step through those doors and feel like the world outside falls away. The Dollhouse should be a place where secrets are safe (for a price) and information can be bought. The Dollhouse, would be a place where desires are fulfilled, information can be gathered.. and debts are paid with flesh. Everything has a price, so how much would you be willing to pay to have all your problems fade away? Regular Events: One thing that I have done in the past to promote business and RP, is what we call a Flesh Auction. This way we can make money, the staff can be introduced to the city, and vice versa, and of course, promote more play with other businesses as well. The Dollhouse would sponsor the event, and Masks would be permitted for auctionees. This is an event we can run every 2 weeks, which would give people time to actually make the money they would need to participate. Its also not exclusive to only dollhouse workers. Players from around the city can participate to make a quick buck or two. Other events may included promotions for the facility itself, like Topless Tuesdays/Thursdays, Sinful Saturdays/Sundays, Fetish Fridays where a different theme and style of dress can/will be observed by the workers. This way things won't be so bland and we can keep other's interests. Also, Calendar events may be another thing we can do, where we take photos, pin ups of the women, and sell the calendars (something that we don't actually have..). This gives people who may RP as photographers, to have a chance to display her work.. and if the Radio Station has a live feed, there's more RP for them as well. The possibilities are endless, but I will try to ensure that at least weekly there are things to do, people to play with, and more trade and interaction to have between other factions, businesses and players.

EXPERIENCE:I have been group leader for many different groups across many different Roleplays. I maintain a group of individuals that play on sim already, and we're always looking to include others in the growing scenarios. I don't have many issues being an accessory to someone else's story within reason, nor issues with working with others and admins OOCly to ensure the best possible RP experience. I like to handle OOC issues privately. I believe in praising in public and reprimanding in Private. I keep as many OOC issues as I can to a minimum. When someone is becoming a problem for an entire group, I tend to nip it in the bud, and give the person one chance to correct themselves before I show them the way out of the group. I believe that the behavior of the group members is a direct reflection on my leadership, so I hold others to a higher standard. I don't/won't argue a point, but I will hear the parties involved, side. I don't believe in leaving issues unresolved. I want to identify problems as they happen, and find a resolution before it grows to become a real issue and spill over outside of the group. If we have drama in this group it should be IC drama, not OOC. I relate this to my experiences in the Military, but I don't' treat others like they're soldiers or sailors. I treat everyone as adults and i hold them accountable as adults, just as I expect to be held accountable for my actions and decisions. I know everyone wont' be happy, but I am all for ensuring the most people are happy with what I do until someone better comes along.
